Division 02

Aviation

Purpose-built flight simulators, assembled and validated to the training requirement.

HardwareDelivered

Delivered

Simulators already in service

Each project starts from a training requirement and ends with a working, validated device. Structure, panels, avionics, wiring and software integration included.

Delivered

TBM training simulator

French Air and Space Force

A TBM procedure trainer for military flight training. Cockpit shell, instrument panel, controls and software integration, assembled and validated to the customer specification.

Delivered

Boeing 737 flight deck

Airline-type training

A full 737-style flight deck: overhead panel, MCP, pedestal and instrument wiring, integrated with the simulation host and calibrated for procedure training.

AirlinerFull deck
Delivered

Garmin G1000 trainer

Glass cockpit familiarisation

A G1000 trainer with replicated PFD/MFD bezels and hardware controls, so students learn the panel on the ground instead of burning airborne hours on it.

How we work

One team from the drawing to the delivery

01

Design & assembly

Cockpit structures, panels, controls and wiring — specified around the training requirement, then built.

02

Avionics integration

Instruments and avionics behaviour wired to the simulation host, then calibrated until the panel reacts like the aircraft.

03

Validation

Every device is checked against the customer specification before delivery, and supported afterwards.

In development

Our own simulation stack

The two pieces that decide how good a simulator can be: the flight model, and the engine that renders the world around it. Both developed in house, for our own devices first.

In development

In-house flight model

A flight model written by us and tuned per airframe. Owning it means we match a customer's aircraft instead of approximating it with someone else's physics.

In development

In-house 3D engine

A simulation engine built specifically for Tornedalen simulators, so our hardware runs on software we control end to end. A separate edition is planned for home-cockpit builders and simulation enthusiasts.
